I can’t find the words to praise Irma enough for the service she provides and for the lovely person she is. I have been booking in with Irma for a few years now and every time I see her I always feel extremely relaxed and come away feeling so much better. Irma is wonderful person and treats your body with great respect. She knows what you and your body need so if you’re going there 1st time she’ll be able to recommend the best treatment for you. The atmosphere that she creates is truly relaxing and you can allow yourself to be fully immersed in the experience. I tend to book a selection box as it allows for treatments to be combined to achieve the full body and mind session. Irma was able to find all my stress points and worked tirelessly to relieve those. Although I’m not a great reiki believer during after the therapy i felt positively charged and free from any worries. If a massage is something you’d like to treat your body to definitely choose Irma you won’t regret it. If you’d like to receive energy healing that’s the place for you to come. Massive thanks to Irma and I’ll be seeing you soon for another session🙂

I have been going to Irma for over a year now and every time is just amazing! She’s the most wonderful soul and her hands are magic. I’ve had several neck, shoulder and back massages, in addition to face and head massage, reiki and foot reflexology. I always feel like a new woman when I leave her!
Even after moving out of Liverpool if I ever come up to visit friends for the weekend, I make sure to book an appointment with Irma too! Her location is central to the city so very easy to get to.
I’ve also recommended her to my friends and they love her just as much as me.

Irma is the most wonderful massage therapist I’ve had; kind, welcoming and so skilled. She really helped my knots that had been building for months, and she advised me on some gentle exercises to do day to day to help the work that she did to last as long as possible. I’ve had multiple different treatments from her menu and enjoyed them all thoroughly. The space is lovely, and always calming and warm. Cannot recommend enough and can’t wait until I go back!

Loved it and would recommend it to anyone, I was getting shooting pains from lower to my leg and was highly stressed, after a session of aromatherapy and session of Reiki, it sure did do the trick and brought more health benefits than I thought. I will now be making it a monthly treat and need to start caring about myself a bit more going forward. I received a gift voucher for my first Reiki session at Five Bodies Wellbeing yesterday and it was such a lovely gift. Irma made me feel very at ease, she explained the practice very clearly as it was new to me and the therapy itself was very relaxing. I had been curious about Reiki as I had heard nothing but good things, now having tried it, this is something I would like to keep up with. From the moment of arriving at her beautiful treatment room I start to feel Relaxed and the daily stresses begin to just slip away due to how calming and beautiful her treatment is, this coupled with Irma’s natural, kind, warm, calming and uplifting personality makes each treatment so special.
I have really.enjoyed and felt healed from receiving. Reiki, reflexology and aromatherapy massages. The treatments have completlyhelped my physical & mental Health, especially the reflexology, has helped my reduced sensation of my left side, whilst her aromatherapy oils help soothe and heal my body. Particularly my shoulders and back.
The reiki and healing crystals is just beautiful and healing from Irma.
I always feel like I am floating when I leave, with a warm feeling and completely. Relaxed, I sleep so well after my treatments.

As other reviewers mentioned before, Irma is simply excellent. I also have had many massages before also in a different country and she is simply committed to this. She takes her time, she uses diff oils, beautiful cold stones, and work with every part of your body that you feel is important to focus on. You won't feel rushed, she has this special place where you feel you enter in a different dimension! Then she gives you tips to help you with body aches and more recommendations. Ahh I just loved it💖💖💖 definitely my place to recommend and to come back!

Everyone should try a treatment from Irma! I received a voucher from a friend for a treatment and it has been one of the best gifts I have ever received. I've had massages in various parts of the world and Irma's is the best one so far! I experience lots of stiffness in my neck, shoulders and back. Irma worked on this and I came out feeling rejuvenated as the knots were worked on with a combination of Swedish massage, hot stones and essential oils. I then visited her a few weeks later for an Indian head massage which was so healing. Irma showed me different stretches and tips to improve my posture which has also helped so much! My treatments with Irma is something I will now look forward to every month.
